01740 Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules, procedures, and Company policies. Additionally, you will maintain the store's appearance to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented, dynamic store environment.
• Drive customer experience by ensuring exceptional service and custom-fit solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain assigned budgets.
• Control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Company policies for customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

The position requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items like shipment or record boxes. The role involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
