About the role

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics.
- Control Expenses: Manage store inventory, process shipments, and maintain accurate product counts.
- Support Policies: Adhere to LIDS Retail policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficient operations.
- Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
