Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to relevant codes and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards, defects, or malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and plumbers, to ensure electrical systems are integrated effectively into building plans.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
- Keep abreast of developments in electrical technology and regulations to maintain professional competence.
- Provide guidance and training to apprentices or junior electricians as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Valid electrician's license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring manual labor and working in various conditions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Education and Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical systems.
- Additional certification or coursework in electrical technology is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Indoors or outdoors, depending on the project.
- Exposure to various weather conditions and environments.
- May involve climbing ladders, lifting heavy objects, and working in confined spaces.
- Often work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially for emergency repairs or construction projects with tight deadlines.
- Will need to travel from Tacoma to Seattle depending on the project.

We focus on multi-family housing for emerging middle-class tenants and are rapidly growing, changing, and improving every aspect of our business. We have an immediate need for 02 Electrical Journeyman/Apprentice with Multi Family new Construction experience.
Job Type
Full-time M-F. We Are Offering $42-$55 per hour (based on experience).
