We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Legal Wants You To Know", EEO, etc. We removed those.
Check for duplicated lines: we didn't duplicate.
Check for any mention of Pay or Schedule: none.
Check for any mention of Skills: none.
Check for any mention of "Additional Information" quote about diversity: we omitted; it's more fluff but could be considered substantive? It's a statement about inclusivity. Might be considered part of About the role; but we omitted. Could we include it in About the role? It's a quote from Sally Beauty Holdings about diversity. It's substantive but not essential. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that quote if it's substantive. It's a statement about inclusivity and self-expression. It's not boilerplate; it's a motivational statement. We should include it.
Where to place? Could be part of About the role as an additional paragraph.
Let's add a paragraph after the initial About the role paragraph: include the quote.
Quote: “At Sally Beauty Holdings, we find beauty in diversity. Our inclusivity and self-expression are what fuel our innovation and growth. You are welcome here, and you can thrive here. We find beauty in YOU. Join us.”
We need to keep the quotation marks? Probably keep as is.
