About the Role

This position is utilized in a warehouse, canteen, commissary, storeroom, or gift shop involving the receipt, storage, distribution, acquisition, and/or selling of inventory. The role supports innovative interdisciplinary teams serving mentally ill clients in a high-security, trauma-informed, and recovery-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine storekeeping duties including receiving and unpacking inventory items.
• Verify quality and quantity of inventory; refer decisions regarding non-conformance to higher-level staff.
• List, pull, package, and deliver goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory materials.
• Operate a motor vehicle and/or warehouse equipment.
• Lift, carry, and move items as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of inventory materials and storekeeping practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and/or warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related experience (substitutions may be allowed).
• Lack of post-secondary education will not disqualify applicants.
