About the role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing and developing a team of associates to ensure optimal customer experiences, effective store operations, and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
Brands: Supervise and plan associate activities to maximize sales and customer loyalty. Ensure all brand standards are met and resolve customer issues.
People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Manage team performance and maintain positive relationships.
Operations: Ensure compliance with company processes, manage inventory, schedule staff, and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
Minimum 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team
Effective communication skills
Scheduling availability to meet business needs
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
