About the role

At Sally Beauty, you’ll be part of the world’s largest hair and beauty supplier, helping customers express themselves through hair. As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, your primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience by advising on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, building relationships, recommending complementary products, informing customers of promotions, setting up displays, enrolling customers in the loyalty program, completing transactions accurately, maintaining a professional store environment, and communicating inventory issues.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Available to meet the scheduling
