Zuora Solution Architect - Manager

About the Role

As a Zuora Solution Architect - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions. Within our Finance practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while developing skills outside your comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored software solutions within the Zuora platform
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Collaborate with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct training sessions for clients to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Zuora applications
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating when necessary
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
• Encourage innovation and embrace technology to improve service delivery
• Identify opportunities for business growth and strategic improvements within client engagements

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience

Qualifications

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
• Proficiency in Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ X
• Analytical thinking to optimize subscription business models
• Experience in revenue recognition automation processes
• Ability to embrace change and innovation in finance operations
• Skills in strategic questioning and problem-solving
• Experience mentoring teams to enhance service excellence and client satisfaction

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
