Solution Architect Manager

About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across portfolios, aligning solutions with business priorities
• Guide delivery teams through architecture decisions and implementation nuances
• Identify dependencies and sequencing initiatives for portfolio planning
• Develop and mentor a team of Solution Architects across enterprise applications
• Create solution architecture roadmaps in line with business and engineering objectives
• Ensure the architectural integrity and compliance of implemented solutions
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in Software Engineering, Application Architecture, or Solution Architecture
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing highly technical teams
• Progressed from hands-on engineering to architecture and leadership roles
• Experience in delivering complex technology initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$139,700 – $232,900 annually
