Responsibilities

• Lead Zumba classes, maintaining energy and enthusiasm
• Engage with clients, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
• Adapt to different teaching formats and styles
• Ensure class safety and adherence to guidelines
• Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and contagious energy
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new formats
• Reliable and organized
• Dynamic and team-oriented
• Current Zumba B1 License
• CPR certified
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness instruction is preferred, but training will be provided

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to various teaching styles
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Pay

$25-$30/hr., with opportunities for increase based on tenure, teaching formats, and schedule availability
