Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting testing of client version daily
• Ensure Zapp is bypassed from other applications and security solutions to prevent outages
• Push of the latest Zapp version after review and decision of deployment is made
• Review release notes, compare discovered issues and develop fixes for client images
• Determine users to be added to different group policies including the pilot user test group
• Pilot users on new Zapp versions first & then roll out
• Consider updating to the latest Zapp version at least bi-annually by working closely with Zscaler to do the upgrade

Qualifications

Experiences in Log tickets for unexpected errors as they may be symptoms of larger errors (i.e. a server is down) with Zscaler

Managerial Skills
