Strategy Consultant
Job Summary
HCA Healthcare has committed up to $300 million in programs to support its team members over the course of three years. SRG Strategy Consultants are staff members focused on completing complex tasks accurately and of high quality, leveraging an established analytical ability and demonstrating a foundational understanding of healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Perform non-linear research by collecting relevant information from many sources without knowing how it may fit together.
- Create deliverables leveraging research and analysis that are accurate and technically consistent throughout while exhibiting creativity in design.
- Pay attention to detail and be responsible for the quality of work.
- Identify key underlying questions/challenges related to the core project objective.
- Consistently identify and deliver analysis that is relevant to the stakeholder's situation.
- Communicate a clear understanding of engagement goals and objectives.
- Present information comfortably within a presentation and be able to respond to straightforward questions.
- Develop relationships with peers and build a reputation for delivery and support.
- Understand basic HCA structure and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Develop proficiency and experience with a wide scope of skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate required.
- 3-5 years healthcare experience via work or education required.
- Consulting experience preferred.
Skills
- Solid team player.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
- Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Able to balance and prioritize assigned work effectively.
- Strong understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
