ZoomAI DevOps Engineer

You can expect to work on high-impact, large-scale systems that support ZoomAI and Machine Learning services. You'll be part of a fast-moving, technically advanced team focused on building and maintaining highly available (99.999%) services. About the Team

The ZoomAI DevOps team is a collaborative group dedicated to building scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for ZoomAI and Machine Learning services. Comprising individuals with varying levels of experience, the team promotes an open atmosphere. Knowledge sharing, innovation, and practical problem-solving are integral to their daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining ZoomAI services’ release deployment and maintenance.
• Conducting in-depth investigations across various ZoomAI services and environments to identify architectural or operational inefficiencies.
• Designing and implementing enhancements in deployment pipelines and CI/CD automation to improve reliability and accelerate release processes.
• Designing and implementing zero-downtime Zoom services (99.999%).
• Developing CI/CD automation to maintain a scalable architecture.
• Automating monitoring metrics, identifying and troubleshooting service issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock.
• Experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Skills in using Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and other DevOps tools.
• Expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and related monitoring tools.
• Expertise in programming using Python, Shell, and various scripting languages.
• Experience in writing and managing Ansible Playbooks and working with Ansible Tower.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and shell environments.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.

Pay

Minimum salary range: $87,600.00 – Maximum $186,000.00. Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that includes base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay is based on qualifications, experience, and location.
