About This Job Festo India Location: Greater Bengaluru Area, India Work Mode: On-site Industry: Automation Machinery Manufacturing Job Description Your job: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying (dockerized) applications along Festo’s CI/CD systems, guidelines and best practicesBuild up testing pipelines for deployment and testing on industrial communication hardware, e.g. edge devicesSet up monitoring, logging, and alerting for applications in Festo’s and customer’s environmentsCreate dashboards to track system health and application performanceTroubleshoot incidents and continuously improves system reliability and observabilityEnforce security and secure software supply chain practices Your Qualification Degree in Computer science or similar proven experienceStrong skills in CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps6 – 8 years of experience with Docker and container-based development workflowsSolid Linux and scripting knowledge (e.g. bash, python, …) for automation and troubleshootingExperience with cloud services such as Azure Container Registry/Services is a plusExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or othersAbility to design scalable and maintainable DevOps pipelines and infrastructureStrong collaboration skills when working with development teams and experience working inter-disciplinary along distributed teams
