Zoning Associate Planner

The Community Planning, Housing and Development (CPHD) Department is seeking a Zoning Associate Planner to join the Zoning Division within the Policy, Research, and Information Management (PRIM) section.

About the role

The Zoning Division oversees and executes operations for the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), responds to written inquiries for the Zoning Administrator, records land use decisions, assists with program needs, and manages payroll, budget, and procurement activities. PRIM collaborates with Communications staff to ensure the Division's website content is accurate.

Responsibilities
