Zone Specialist Full Time

About the role

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The role is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with a primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the department is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Aid in receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 6 months of retail experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a safe manner.
