Zone General Manager - Midwest

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization in the Midwest Zone, focusing on revenue and customer satisfaction
• Drive market share and profitability by managing regional account teams and setting growth targets
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives and non-traditional customer channels
• Oversee zone sales leadership for consistent performance and talent development
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and proactive communication
• Create executive-level customer relationships through on-site engagement
• Lead strategic partnerships with key academic and healthcare institutions

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales leadership experience in medical technology or diagnostic imaging with proven growth results
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix organization and empower managers
• Strong collaboration skills with exceptional influence at senior levels
• Deep knowledge of imaging technologies and market trends
• Track record of closing strategic accounts in the zone
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Pay

$280,000 – $385,000 annually
