Zone C Compounder/Sauce 3rd shift

About the role

We’re looking for a dependable Compounder to help prepare and blend ingredients that go into our high-quality food products. In this hands-on role, you’ll follow detailed formulas, operate mixing equipment, and ensure each batch meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Operate batching systems and mixing equipment
• Record lot numbers and batch data
• Submit samples to QA and adjust per instructions
• Clean and sanitize equipment
• Follow allergen control, GMPs, and safety procedures
• Work in cold or humid environments as needed

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• 3+ months of experience in manufacturing (preferred)
• Ability to read formulas and safety documents
• Strong math skills
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator
