Compounder - 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Accurately weighs, measures, and verifies the mixing of specific chemical compounds in a Class 100,000 clean room environment.
• Maintains monitoring of mixing and ancillary support equipment during the formulation and filling processes.
• Executes calibrations and preventive maintenance activities as needed.
• Routinely complies with cGMPs, departmental SOPs, and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation for each batch manufactured.
• Works closely with Aseptic Control Operator, Filler, and Stopper Prep Operator to ensure timely delivery of formulated products.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.
• Nanotechnology experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds required.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Trained and qualified in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators.
• Good attention to detail, basic problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability is a plus.
