Zipline Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Zipline Manager to oversee the operations of our zipline facility. The Zipline Manager will ensure the safety of guests, manage staff, maintain equipment, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the zipline facility, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by staff and guests.
• Train and supervise zipline guides and other staff members.
• Inspect and maintain ziplines, harnesses, and other equipment regularly.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in zipline operations, adventure tourism, or outdoor recreation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Certification in zipline safety and operations preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for outdoor activities.
