Responsibilities
- Respond to Zillow buyer leads promptly and professionally
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective buyers
- Schedule and lead property showings
- Guide clients through the offer and negotiation process
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and active clients
- Stay current on Albuquerque market trends, inventory, and pricing
- Log all activity and client communication in the CRM
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico real estate license
- Proven sales experience
- CRM experience preferred
- High availability and responsiveness
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
