Job Responsibilities
- Develop strong customer relationships and act as their advocate within the company, communicating customer feedback, needs and pains through the organization.
- Lead the ZGX desktop workstations product planning, from analysis, scenario planning across the various teams and ensure alignment with engineering, global regions and markets, commercial organization product and business management, supply chain, procurement, and alliance leaders.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps across the ZGX portfolio for future and current platforms with a lifecycle operational view and recommended scenarios.
- Collaborate with the ZGX Nano planning product manager located in Taipei, Taiwan.
- Define and track key business plan execution and in-market performance metrics to manage the business.
- Analyze data to gain insights into customer engagement and product adoption, using this information to guide future product improvements.
- Manage the product life cycle from launch through end of life, including release to production and transition planning gen-over-gen.
- Build customer, channel, and sales-oriented deliverables based on customer insights that provide hard-hitting value propositions and key selling points.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop effective Go-to-Market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials.
- Educate teams across the organization on the global market and competitive landscape via key market data analysis, customer research studies, industry statistics/reporting, and channel/sales force feedback.
- Establish operational view and communication cadence at all levels of the organization as well as facilitate strategy and choice-point decisions with various leaders.
- Work with product management and engineering teams to establish execution plan that includes solution recommendation, R&D efforts, costs, NPI/global readiness, and time-to-market schedules.
- Hands-on development that you will design and keep alive to: provide sales and market teams with clear communication of strategy, plan of action and demand steering guidance. manage expectations of current efforts, readiness. provide key resources to sales and markets to drive customer acceptance and adoption.
Required Education & Experience
- BA or BS in marketing or technology field; post-graduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years product and/or portfolio planning.
- Detailed knowledge of product lifecycle planning, development, and go-to-market processes, and the interdependent steps required to drive change.
- Proven record of leading with ambition and ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Knowledge And Skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic leader with can-do attitude with ability to build, influence and manage cross-functional core teams.
- Excellent written/oral/visual communications and analytical skills with ability to interact with all levels of the company in executive level English.
- Energetic and organized facilitator with experience leading virtual workshops and collaboration.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into summarized points for executive consumption, direction, or decision-making.
- Proficiency in storytelling and turning complex data and concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand visuals.
- Expertise in PowerPoint and design a plus.
- Strong influencing, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills.
