Zero Trust - SASE - Infrastructure Security Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop, foster, and sell network security projects.
• Migrate clients to Network Managed Service and ensure deliverables are produced on time.
• Drive the development and upskill of junior resources.
• Design and deliver network security and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions.
• Support delivery of Accenture’s security offerings related to cloud security, including:
  • Security governance (policies and procedures).
  • Security strategy (planning).
  • Risk assessments and management.
  • Cloud data protection (classification, encryption, tokenization).
  • Cloud-based identity and access management.
  • Technology/provider-specific cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Softlayer, VMware).
  • Monitoring/analytics for cloud environments.
• Interpret security controls for compliance with legal, best-practice, and regulatory requirements in cloud environments.
• Develop and present at industry conferences as a Cloud Security expert.
• Lead the growth, development, and support of junior cloud security resources.
• Understand client engagements, business drivers, and security enablement opportunities.
• Demonstrate ability to lead and manage business development and proposal efforts.
• Translate technical cloud security requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders.
• Conduct cloud and infrastructure security strategy, readiness, and discovery assessments.
• Deliver services meeting Accenture’s project quality specifications.
• Take initiative to communicate, interact, and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Prisma Access and Zscaler and/or network security concepts (Zero Trust, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), RBI, Security Service Edge, micro-segmentation).
• Minimum 3 years managing projects using standardized project management principles.
• Minimum 2 years of technical writing and report generation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with enterprise IT security risk assessments and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000 series, NIST 800 Series, COBIT, IT General Controls).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.)
• Travel required (75–100% depending on business need and client requirements).

Preferred Skills

• IT Security Testing (e.g., penetration testing, web application security assessments, vulnerability assessments).
• Identity and Access Management.
• Infrastructure & Cloud Security (virtualized environments a plus).
• Application development experience.

Pay

Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. The following ranges are provided as required by local law:

• California: $70,350 to $205,800
• Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
• Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
• Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
• Maine: $54,400 to $151,400
• Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
• Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
• New York: $66,300 to $205,800
• New Jersey: $68,000 to $205,800
• Virginia: $59,100 to $189,300
• Washington: $80,200 to $189,300
