About the role
The Comprehensive Center for Rare and Undiagnosed Diseases of the Organization Unit with special service function / Comprehensive Center with City of Vienna/AKH is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) and indefinite Zentrumskoordinator:in (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Supporting the leadership in the operational operation of the Comprehensive Center for Rare and Undiagnosed Diseases through coordination and implementation of the leadership's tasks.
- Managing the CCRUD Office including content development and communication elements both internally and externally, nationally and internationally.
- Coordinating, preparing, reporting, and documenting leadership meetings, center conferences, and other meetings. Managing projects and boards.
- Responsibility and ensuring the QM system including documentation, process control, and quality assurance.
- Event management / fundraising / homepage / social media accounts / newsletters.
Requirements
- Completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior qualifications and experience corresponding to the function of a Director of Administration in a healthcare institution.
- Clear communication of tasks and requirements both internally and externally.
- Project management skills and experience in quality management.
- Task management including analysis, prioritization, and coordination.
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
