About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) who will independently handle payroll processing and serve as the primary contact for our clients on all payroll-related matters. You will work with modern digital tools as part of a growing team in a contemporary tax firm.

Responsibilities

• Independently process payroll, including all monthly and annual reports to authorities, as well as (statistical) evaluations related to payroll data
• Serve as the primary contact for our clients regarding ongoing payroll questions
• Act as the primary contact for social insurance institutions and tax offices on all payroll-related matters
• Assist in or independently manage GPLBs (collective agreements)

Requirements

• Vocational training or degree in business administration, or a diploma in payroll accounting (Wifi, ASW)
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in BMD/NTCS and MS Office, digital competence, and experience with interfaces
• English language skills

Pay

Starting salary of €4,000 gross per month (higher salary possible depending on qualifications).
