About the role

You will lead the sales efforts for Audacy's portfolio of radio stations, podcasts, and digital platforms. Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the audio and/or digital media sector.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Experience in digital media and podcasting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
