Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, shipping, and inventory handling
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and system updates
- Perform basic device handling tasks such as provisioning support, equipment testing, and RMA processing
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and optimize space utilization
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely and efficiently (training provided if needed)
- Follow all safety, handling, and shipping standards and regulatory requirements
- Track and manage inventory using internal systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Oracle, inventory tools)
- Cook up with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely movement of goods
- Cook up with inventory counts, audits, and reporting activities
- Contribute to process documentation and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
- Technical aptitude; familiarity with networking equipment (e.g., routers, switches) is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds, and move materials as required (per standard warehouse expectations)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive work style
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
