About the role
Responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Document all work performed and report findings to supervisor
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- At least 2 years of related experience in a maintenance or repair role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using common tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
