About the role
Z1 Motorsports is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area). The position requires a 40‑hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and through email
- Set up returns and exchanges
- Process cancellations and order modifications
- Ensure order accuracy
- Verify part numbers and fitment
- Handle shipping claims for damaged or lost orders
- Provide technical support
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Automotive knowledge preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred
- Customer service or call‑center experience preferred
