About the role
Customer Service Representative position in Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area) on a full-time, onsite basis.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and through email
- Set up returns and exchanges
- Handle cancellations and order modifications
- Ensure order accuracy
- Verify part numbers and fitment
- Process shipping claims for damaged or lost orders
- Provide technical support
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Automotive knowledge preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
Schedule
40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends.
