Z1 Customer Service Representative

About the role

Customer Service Representative position in Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area). This is a full-time, onsite role focused on delivering exceptional customer service as part of the Z1 Motorsports team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and through email
• Set up returns and exchanges
• Handle cancellations and order modifications
• Ensure order accuracy and verify part numbers and fitment
• Process shipping claims for damaged or lost orders
• Provide technical support to customers
• Respond to customers in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Positive attitude and customer service mindset
• Automotive knowledge preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred
• Customer service or call center experience preferred

Schedule

• 40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends
• Must be onsite
