About the role
Z Head Softball is responsible for overseeing the softball program at Space Coast Junior/Senior High.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the softball program including scheduling, equipment management, and player development.
- Work closely with coaches to ensure proper training and safety protocols are in place.
- Manage team finances and budgeting for the softball program.
- Attend games and practices as needed to provide support and guidance to players and coaches.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience coaching softball at the high school level preferred.
- Knowledge of softball rules and regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay
- $15.00 per hour.
Schedule
- 1.000 hours per week.
