About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of 9th Grade Cheerleading Coach for the Winter season at Cocoa Beach Junior/Senior High School, starting on 10/05/2026.

Qualifications

• Prior successful experience in cheerleading, with a thorough understanding of techniques, rules, and safety procedures.
• Ability to choreograph and effectively teach routines.
• Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in managing and motivating large groups of students or athletes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with cheerleaders, parents, school administrators, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage practices, schedules, events, and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Candidates must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Passion for cheerleading and a strong desire to support the growth and success of student-athletes.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment, adhering to established safety protocols.
