We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to extract content:
Overview: includes "Our Commitment to Equity" paragraph. That's maybe "About the role"? Actually "Overview" maybe about the role. The job summary is also there.
We need to decide sections: Could have "About the role" containing overview and job summary.
Responsibilities: list of duties.
Requirements: maybe qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications" section with required qualifications and additional preferred qualifications. Also "Authorized Driver Requirement" details.
Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: strong youth engagement, communication, computer skills, etc.
Benefits: "What You'll Get From Working At The Y" list: membership, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, retirement, mental health resources, PTO, discounts.
Pay: "Hiring Range: $25.00-28.00/hour"
Schedule: "Schedule: 8am-4pm Sunday-Thursday"
Also there is "Position Type/Expected Hours of Work" but schedule already given.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to not repeat job title as heading.
We need to not include Job ID etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We need to use

We need to use for each section heading, then content:
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to preserve all substantive info: ensure we don't lose any details.
Let's extract details.
First, Overview paragraph: "Our Commitment to Equity The Y actively promotes a culture free from bias and injustice. We are dedicated to removing institutional and systemic barriers that result in oppression and racism. We will be accountable to marginalized communities for creating equitable and sustainable environments where social justice is woven into every facet of our programs, and by caring for our communities in a culturally versatile and respectful manner."
That's a paragraph.
Job Summary: "The Direct Care Staff position is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team providing 24-hour shift supervision for youth and young adults, ages 16-18, in an Adolescent Transitional Living Program. In partnership with DCYF, this exciting new program will serve up to 5 young people at any one time and will focus on providing daily supervision, individualized support, age-appropriate interventions, developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive independent living skills activities, and preparation for independent housing with a trauma informed and empowering approach. This position is on site at our Northgate housing location. This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). The mission of the Social Impact Center Y is to accelerate young people’s ability to build safe, successful, and happy lives. Every year, we serve 5,000 children, youth, young adults, and families across King County with programs that aim to strengthen young people’s ability to develop to their fullest potential through four strategies: reducing risk factors; navigating systems towards successful life transition; ensuring stability, safety and wellness in times of crisis; and building competencies and social capital. The Social Impact Center Y’s programs include housing, behavioral health, foster care licensing, violence prevention, education, and employment. Many of the young people we serve have had involvement in the foster care, criminal justice system, and/or homelessness systems."
We can combine Overview and Job Summary into "About the role" section.
Now Responsibilities: list bullet points. The responsibilities paragraph is long with many sentences separated by periods. We need to turn into list items. The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should split each duty into a
- . The responsibilities text includes many sentences; we can split by sentences. Let's extract responsibilities sentences: "Provides supervision that is trauma informed and relationship based for children, youth, and young adults placed in these programs." "This includes safety checks completed at regular intervals throughout the entirety of the shift." "Coordinates with the director and case managers to support each resident’s individualized, developmentally appropriate, strengths-based service plans." "Completes critical organizational and administrative program tasks." "Participates in supportive group and individual supervision sessions with supervisor and team." "Engages in teamwork regularly and works together with colleagues to ensure quality care of residents." "Maintains a safe, respectful and appropriate living environment for all residents." "Demonstrates de-escalation skills in stressful situations, using preventative behavior management skills whenever possible." "Builds therapeutic relationships with the residents, both as individuals as well as tending to the group milieu." "Promotes engagement in various domains of a resident’s life, including but not limited to their child welfare involvement, medical and mental health needs, education, community and cultural values, recreational opportunities, life skills, and family time." "Supports the day-to-day routines of the house such as meal preparation, supervising residents as they complete daily chores and activities of daily living, household laundry, medication management, and group activities." "Oversee the safety and cleanliness of the program. Perform regularly assigned cleaning tasks and submit maintenance requests as needed." "Accompanies residents to individual appointments and as a group for community outings." "Completes critical organizational and administrative program tasks." (duplicate) "Teams effectively and collaboratively with other staff and/or community partners to plan and facilitate activities." "Maintains clear, professional, timely shift logs, participant contact notes, incident reports and other documentation in designated databases." "Other duties as assigned." "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." (maybe not a duty but a note; could be included but it's more of a statement; but it's part of responsibilities? Might be considered a note; but we can include as a bullet if we want to preserve info. However it's not a duty; but we can keep as a bullet under responsibilities? Might be okay but maybe better to put under a separate note? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. Could be a bullet. Now Requirements: The posting has "Qualifications" section with required qualifications and additional preferred qualifications. Also "Authorized Driver Requirement" details. We need to decide sections: Could have "Qualifications" for required qualifications, "Skills" for skills, maybe "Requirements" for things like age, education, experience, driver requirement. But the instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. "Requirements" could be mandatory requirements: Must have high school diploma/GED/HSEC, Minimum one year experience..., Must be 21 yrs of age..., Ability to teach..., Strong youth engagement..., Strong verbal..., Basic computer..., Ability to transport..., Current state approved First Aid and CPR certification, Current approved HIV blood borne pathogens training (within 30 days). Also Authorized Driver Requirement details (age 21+, license 3 years, drug screen, driving record standards). Also maybe "Additional Preferred Qualifications" could go under "Qualifications" as preferred, or under "Skills"? The heading "Qualifications" likely for both required and preferred qualifications. "Skills" could be for skill-based abilities like strong youth engagement, relationship-building, communication, computer skills, ability to teach independence skills, etc. But there is overlap. We need to avoid duplication. Let's think: The posting has a "Qualifications" section that lists required qualifications and then "Additional Preferred Qualifications". It also includes "Authorized Driver Requirement". So we could put required qualifications under "Qualifications" heading, and maybe put skills under "Skills" heading (like strong youth engagement, relationship-building, communication, computer skills, ability to teach independence skills). However the required qualifications also include ability to teach effective independence skills, strong youth engagement and relationship-building skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, ability to transport self and client(s). Those are both qualifications and skills. To avoid duplication, we could put all required qualifications under "Qualifications" and then maybe "Skills" could be empty? But we must not emit a heading with filler. So we should only include headings that have real content. If we put all under Qualifications, we could omit Skills heading. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. That seems fine. We need to ensure we include all substantive info: Overview, Job Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications (required + preferred + driver requirements), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like "WORK ENVIRONMENT", "PHYSICAL DEMANDS", "POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK", "Code of Conduct for Applicants", "MISSION STATEMENT", "OUR VALUES", etc. Those are boilerplate/legal/EEO etc. So we remove them. Also remove "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." maybe it's part of responsibilities but it's a note about accommodations; could be considered substantive but it's more of a policy statement. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly EEO but it's a standard statement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about accommodations, which is related to disability accommodation, could be considered EEO. Safer to remove it. However it's part of the responsibilities block; but we can keep if we think it's substantive. I'd lean to remove because it's a standard statement. Also remove "Other duties as assigned." That's generic but still part of responsibilities; it's substantive? It's a placeholder but it's actually in the posting. It's not filler like "N/A". It's a real line. We could keep it. Now let's extract Qualifications required: - Must have high school diploma/GED/HSEC - Minimum one year of experience working with teens or young adults in foster care, group care, housing, education, juvenile justice, anti-poverty, vocational support, mental health, chemical dependency and/or homelessness fields. - Must be 21 yrs. of age (unless between 18 and 21yrs and enrolled in an internship, as well as be supervised by a staff 21yrs of age or older.) - Ability to teach effective independence skills for a variety of learning styles and to plan supportive activities. - Strong youth engagement and relationship-building skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Ability to transport self and client(s) in a safe and effective manner, and to meet clients at community locations; proof of adequate vehicle insurance coverage is required, or ability to travel to areas without public transportation. - Current state approved First Aid and CPR certification. - Current approved HIV blood borne pathogens training.* (must be completed within 30 days of being hired) Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Associates or Bachelor’s degree - Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.). - Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
