YPPGLA/Attendant

Primary Duties

• Aid in fostering positive interactions within group settings
• Encourage and assist clients in participating in YPP activities
• Support clients in developing problem-solving skills and relationships with others
• Work collaboratively with clients' parents/caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries
• Drive clients to and from appointments and activities as needed
• Facilitate or co-facilitate groups as directed
• Create and maintain accurate documentation that meets TGC's quality improvement standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of college coursework in human services or one year of relevant work experience
• At least six months of experience working with individuals in the community
• Experience working with individuals who have mental health issues is preferred
