Youth Worker

Job Summary

Interact with the children who are dropped off at the youth fun zone. Plan age-appropriate activities based on the children in the fun zone.

Job Tasks

• Order meals for children as needed.
• Regularly clean toys in the fun zone based on Manager direction/schedule.
• Interact with parents in an appropriate manner.
• Report any issues to Youth Activities Manager.

Skills And Abilities Required

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to document daily activities.

Physical Requirements

• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach.
• Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Continuous repetitive motions.
• Work in all weather conditions.

Education And Experience Required

• Experience working with early childhood population as well as older children.
