The Youth Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing emotional support and guidance to young individuals facing various challenges. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and support services to youth in a safe and confidential environment.
• Assess and document client needs and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
