Responsibilities
- Work directly with youth in the community
- Build positive relationships with youth
- Provide individualized support
- Connect with youth and support their growth
- Help youth build confidence and independence
Qualifications
- High School Diploma with at least 3 years of verifiable experience working with at‑risk youth, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Services, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to build positive relationships and maintain appropriate professional boundaries

Pay
$19/hour plus a $2,000 bonus.
