Youth Support Specialist
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of work experience
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle for transportation
Compensation
$19-$22 hourly, with a potential $1.50 pay increase through the Career Ladder Program.
Hours
Part time, 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8a-1p or 10a-3p.

About the Role
Become a trusted role model, fostering a compassionate environment for our youth as they work to achieve their goals. Provide impactful, one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success in life.
Responsibilities
Offer educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, and foster overall social health and wellness for students.
Schedule
