Youth Sports Venue Manager

About the role

i9 Sports is a nationwide youth sports provider focusing on high-quality, community-based programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a venue while fostering a fun and supportive environment for young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Build leadership skills and gain management experience
• Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
• Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
• Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
• Provide Staff Evaluations
• Affordability to work on weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~6 weeks)
• Complete daily checklist and reporting

Requirements

• Excellent communication & organization skills
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work on weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~6 weeks)
• Knowledge in some of the sports we offer.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
