Youth Sports - Site Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a high-energy and motivated Site Manager to oversee the game-day operations of a venue, providing a superior i9 Sports Experience. This role is based in the Hayward / San Leandro Area, California, with work primarily taking place on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Field set up and breakdown for game day events
• Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
• Supervise the overall operation of a venue ensuring sports programs operate on schedule
• Demonstrate core company culture, including Sportsmanship values
• Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
• Act as the main point of contact on the field, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and superior customer service skills with parents, participants, and staff

Requirements

• Enjoy working with kids and their families
• Clean background check
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety and enjoyment of players
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work on the weekends (this role is primarily focused on Saturdays)
