Youth Sports Site Manager
About the role
Part-time Site Managers must be at least 18 years old and available to work for the full duration of the 7-week season. Fall Leagues begin Saturday, August 29th and run through October 24th. Approximate hours are 8:00 PM - 7:30 PM (final times TBD). No certification is needed; training is provided for our league format.

Responsibilities
- Field set-up and breakdown for game-day events
- Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise the overall operation of a venue, ensuring programs run on schedule
- Demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
- Organize game-day equipment and ensure venue cleanliness
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated self-starter; ability to work independently and solve problems
- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety
- Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
- Experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management
- Customer-service experience, particularly in "wowing" customers
