About the role

Part-time Site Managers must be at least 18 years old and available to work for the full duration of the 7-week season. Fall Leagues begin Saturday, August 29th and run through October 24th. Approximate hours are 8:00 PM - 7:30 PM (final times TBD). No certification is needed; training is provided for our league format.

Responsibilities

Field set-up and breakdown for game-day events
Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
Supervise the overall operation of a venue, ensuring programs run on schedule
Demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
Organize game-day equipment and ensure venue cleanliness
Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly motivated self-starter; ability to work independently and solve problems
Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety
Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
Experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management
Customer-service experience, particularly in "wowing" customers
