Youth Sports Site Manager

Schedule

Part-time, weekend positions available on Saturdays, Sundays, or both.

• Saturdays (Soccer / Baseball)
  • Venue: Lakota Plains Jr. School, 6475 Lesourdsville West Chester Rd, Liberty Township, 45011
  • Season: 4/11/26 – 6/6/26 (off 5/23 for Memorial Day Weekend)
  • Approximate hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (final schedule TBD)
• Sundays (Flag Football)
  • Venue: Lakota Plains Jr. School, 6475 Lesourdsville West Chester Rd, Liberty Township, 45011
  • Season: 4/12/26 – 6/7/26 (off 5/23 for Memorial Day Weekend)
  • Approximate hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (final schedule TBD)

Must be able to work for the full duration of the season.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older for Site Manager positions
• Must have reliable transportation
• No certification needed; training provided
• Background in sports or customer service is a plus
• Must be reliable and opt-in to texting for communication

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems
• Awareness and ability to take charge of situations to ensure player safety
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
