Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate part-time staff, including instructors, officials, site managers, quality control personnel, and marketing staff.
Oversee scheduling and monitor staffing for all programs.
Works with the Athletic Director to ensure accurate payroll each week.
Develop and implement ongoing in-person and virtual staff training.
Ensure game-day processes and procedures are completed.
Ensure all programs have parent coaches, including substitutes as needed.
Develop and implement ongoing parent coach training.
Follow-up on volunteer issues.
Direct supervision of Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, Sport Coordinators, Instructors/Officials and part-time marketing staff.
Implementation of quality standards through Quality Control assessment programs.
Weekend quality control monitoring and support for all i9 Sports programs.
Follow-up with parents, volunteer coaches, and participants from programs, as needed.
NPS (Net Promoter Score) monitoring and improvement initiatives.
Work with the Athletic Director to develop and execute territory-specific marketing, community outreach, and partnership strategies designed to increase registrations, retention, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Secure venues for i9 Sports Programs.
Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships to grow and improve i9 Sports programs.
Lives in Howard County, Montgomery County MD, Arlington or D.C.
Excellent attention to detail, pattern identification and motivated to create processes that optimize and improve the way things are done
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all stakeholders
Self-motivated, works efficiently and meets reasonable deadlines
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail, Google Drive, etc
In-season Schedule (30-34 weeks per year): Thursday, Friday, & Monday; 9am-4pm; Saturday/Sunday 8-6pm hours during season (Time Slots are subject to change based on season)
Off-season Schedule (18-22 weeks per year): Monday – Friday; 9am-5pm (subject to flexibility as other opportunities arise)
