Youth Sports Operations Manager

About the role

We're seeking an organized and energetic leader to help grow two of the nation's leading youth enrichment programs: Super Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes. This role combines leadership, coaching, operations, marketing, and community engagement into one exciting position.

Responsibilities

• Coach a soccer class at a preschool
• Interview and train a new coach
• Visit local schools and community partners
• Represent our programs at a family event
• Help launch a new program location
• Support marketing initiatives
• Meet with school directors and administrators

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a childcare organization or related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Background working with schools and/or organizations pertaining to childcare
• Willingness to drive to locations as needed
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Must pass state-required criminal background check
