Youth Sports Instructor - Gymnastics

About the role

We are looking for a Youth Sports Instructor to join our team at the Y. We spend our days positively impacting the community through athletics and helping children reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Run on-site instruction for youth sports programming including stretch & warmup, activities, & games for respective sport.
• Teach age-appropriate skills following YMCA curriculum for respective sport.
• Provide a safe & clean environment that allows members and participants to learn YMCA programs.
• Lead classes with positivity & enthusiasm.
• Provide excellent service to members and participants.

Requirements

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Excellent knowledge of instructing in the program area - Basketball, Soccer, Football, and more!
• Ability to perform activities which require sustained concentration and attention.
• Mornings, nights, and/or weekend availability.
