In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of growing our youth sports community by connecting families with our beloved soccer programs. If you love sports, kids, and creative marketing, this is the opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive enrollment and brand awareness Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow our online community presenceBuild and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, youth sports networks, and community influencers.Plan and coordinate events, pop-ups, and promotional activitiesDevelop marketing design materials inclusive of flyers, posters, postcards using Canva.Create content inclusive of videos, print materials, articles, blogs, emails, newsletters, informational sheets.Deploy e-mail marketing campaignsCollaborate with program staff to align marketing efforts with program schedules and offeringsMaintain website up to date with most relevant content for our communityManage and monitor digital marketing efforts SEO, Meta Ads, Google AdsTrack and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and report on resultsCollaborate with the team in other creative marketing opportunities Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or a related fieldStrong social media skills across platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPassion for youth sports, child development, or community engagementExperience with marketing and project tools (Salesforce, Canva, Microsoft 365)Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsFamiliarity with the Queens communities About Us: Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized youth soccer program dedicated to delivering high-quality, character-building experiences for children ages 2-10.
