Youth Sport Instructor Flag Football

About the role
The Sports Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sports Instructor is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
- Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, 4-6 weeks)
