Youth soccer recreational programs coordinator (for US WORK PERMIT ONLY)

About the role

The French Football Academy (FFA) is seeking a Youth Soccer Programs Coordinator to drive the growth and success of their programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth development through soccer, combining strategic thinking, relationship building, and a genuine passion for the sport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new participants
• Enhance partnerships with clubs and organizations
• Increase overall program engagement
• Balancing office and field-based coaching and administrative support
• Primary contact for club coaches and parents, supporting FFA standards of highest quality client service
• Manage operational and logistical elements to ensure successful execution of all programming

Requirements

• US VISA WORK PERMIT
• College Degree or equivalent experience
• U.S. Soccer D license or foreign equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population, including strong verbal and written communication skills, in a way that cultivates trust and respect
• Fluency in English
• CPR & AED certified
