Youth Soccer Coordinator

About the role

As a Youth Soccer Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing youth soccer programs in Virginia Beach. This includes planning training sessions, coordinating with coaches, and ensuring that all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly training sessions for youth soccer teams.
• Coordinate with coaches to ensure proper instruction and player development.
• Manage logistics such as scheduling, equipment needs, and field reservations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about program activities and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth sports coordination or coaching.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth soccer players.
• Knowledge of youth soccer rules and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary for this position is $45,000 per year.
